Bloomberry Expands Digital Gaming Portfolio, Launches OnlyFun.PH

08 October 2026, Manila, Philippines — Bloomberry Resorts Corp. is expanding its digital gaming business with the launch of OnlyFun.PH — the country’s first regulated live interactive entertainment platform combining gaming, livestreaming, and creator-led content.

The new platform forms part of Bloomberry’s FUNaloMAX digital portfolio and is designed to tap the growing preference of Filipino consumers for mobile entertainment, livestreaming, and real-time interaction.

OnlyFun.PH combines online gaming with live shows hosted by digital personalities and streamers. Users can interact with hosts and other content while accessing gaming features within the same platform.

Bloomberry said the service complements FUNaloMAX, its core online gaming platform, while allowing the company to reach consumers looking for a more social and interactive form of digital entertainment.

“As digital entertainment continues to reshape how Filipinos consume content, the launch of OnlyFun.PH reflects our mission to meet the demand of modern consumers for interactive, creator-driven media,” said Kelvin Kuan, Vice President, Head of Online Gaming at Bloomberry Resorts Corp.

Kuan said the platform seeks to offer a locally tailored mix of gaming and live entertainment while maintaining responsible gaming safeguards.

“By combining regulated gaming with live digital entertainment, we are delivering a fresh, locally tailored format that sets a new benchmark for online entertainment in the Philippines while upholding strict responsible gaming standards,” he said.

OnlyFun.PH operates under the license and regulation of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR). The platform uses Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity verification, data security measures and built-in player controls intended to provide a safe and secure user environment.

Bloomberry said it plans to gradually expand OnlyFun.PH by introducing more original interactive programs and features, as well as partnerships with additional hosts, content creators and streamers.

The launch further expands Bloomberry’s presence beyond its traditional integrated resort operations as the company builds its position in the country’s growing regulated digital gaming market.

BAUS RUFO, CARLO OPLE, AND JAZ REYES SHARE CREATOR LESSONS ON BALANCING PASSION, PURPOSE, AND FINANCIAL SECURITY AT SUN LIFE’S FIRST-EVER CREATOR CAMP

Manila, Philippines (September 25, 2026) – What does it take to turn creativity into a sustainable career? For Filipino content creators Baus Rufo, Carlo Ople, and Jaz Reyes, the answer goes beyond views and followers. It starts with taking the first step, showing up consistently, and making intentional decisions that support both creative growth and financial well-being.

During Sun Life Philippines’ first-ever creator camp, entitled “One Day to Day One,” the three creators shared lessons from their own journeys, offering emerging content creators practical advice on building meaningful content, overcoming self-doubt, and creating opportunities that last.

Start Before You’re Ready

For comedian, content creator, and event producer Baus Rufo, pursuing a creative career did not happen overnight. During his talk, he reflected on a career journey that took him from advertising leadership roles to building a life centered on comedy, content creation, and performance.

Rather than waiting for the perfect opportunity, Rufo encouraged aspiring creators to take small, calculated steps toward their goals. He shared that meaningful change is often the result of constant learning, reinvention, and a willingness to “fail forward.” One of his most resonant reminders: “Done is better than good.”

Rufo also spoke candidly about the realities of freelancing and creative work, from embracing uncertainty to continuously investing in oneself and nurturing trusted relationships. These lessons, he said, helped him build a career that allows him to be creative while achieving financial freedom.

Consistency Beats Confidence

For former sports broadcaster, host, and content creator Jaz Reyes, confidence is often misunderstood as a prerequisite to creating. In reality, she shared, most creators experience the same doubts before publishing their work.

“We doubt ourselves. We overthink. We wonder if anyone will care. We still hit 'Post' anyway,” Reyes explained in her presentation about the messy process behind every piece of content.

Drawing from her own experiences as a radio DJ, host, and creator, she encouraged aspiring influencers to focus less on perfection and more on progress. Among her key lessons were simple but powerful reminders: curiosity beats perfection, action creates momentum, and consistency beats confidence.

Reyes emphasized that confidence is built through action, not waiting for the perfect moment or the perfect idea. As she put it, “Confidence comes from doing, not waiting to feel ready.”

Turning Passion into Opportunity

During a fireside chat, entrepreneur and content creator Carlo Ople joined Sun Life financial advisor and content creator Jacklord Esguerra to discuss how creators can build both influence and financial stability.

For Esguerra, content creation started with a simple mission: making financial concepts easier to understand. Despite being told that insurance content wouldn't gain traction, he chose to focus on educating rather than selling. “People don't like being sold to. They want to be informed, inspired, and educated,” Esguerra shared.

His early posts gained little attention, but he stayed consistent. Over time, audiences began discovering his content, sharing it with others, and reaching out for guidance. Today, content has become one of his most effective ways to educate and serve more Filipinos on their financial journey.

Ople echoed the value of thinking long term. What started as a gaming blog while he was working in corporate eventually grew into multiple businesses built around content.

Rather than immediately leaving his corporate career, Ople spent more than 17 years balancing work and content creation, proving that passion projects and financial security can grow side by side. “The more sources of revenue, the more sources of income, the better,” he said.

Together, their message was clear: start small, create value consistently, and trust that meaningful opportunities often begin long before anyone notices.

From "One Day" to Day One

Despite their different backgrounds and creative paths, the speakers shared a remarkably similar message: success rarely begins with certainty. It begins with action.

Whether it's publishing a first video, pursuing a long-held passion project, experimenting with a new format, or making smarter decisions for the future, creators don't need to wait until everything is perfect to begin.

Through the lessons shared by Baus Rufo, Jaz Reyes, and Carlo Ople, attendees were reminded that meaningful careers are built one step at a time. The journey from "One Day" to "Day One" starts not with confidence or perfection, but with a willingness to start anyway.

PMA Charts the Next Era of Marketing with ONE MAP at the 55th Annual Marketing Conference

MANILA, Philippines. Since 1954, the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) is presenting what it calls its most operationally ambitious marketing conference to date. At a media launch held June 24, 2026, at the Hilton Manila, Newport World Resorts, PMA officially unveiled the 55th Annual Marketing Conference under the theme ONE MAP (Omni Network Ecosystem Marketing Agility Protocol), with the conference aiming at "Charting the Future of Marketing."

The conference is set for September 23, 2026, at Hilton Manila, Newport World Resorts. A hybrid on-demand track runs from September 24 through November 2026, extending the program to participants across the region.

ONE MAP In View

ONE MAP is a pioneering initiative that goes beyond traditional learning formats by introducing an Omni-Experience, Output-Driven Learning Journey, which is a system designed to help delegates identify where conditions are shifting and respond before the window closes. The acronym reads in two halves.

The first half, O.N.E., covers the Omni Network Ecosystem. Omni pulls every channel and touchpoint into a single integrated system. The Network layer describes the partners, platforms, and communities that surround a brand. The Ecosystem pillar ties these into a customer-engagement environment built to compound over time, where each element reinforces the next.

The second half, M.A.P., covers the Marketing Agility Protocol. Marketing refers to the brand and demand engines that drive commercial growth. Agility is the organizational capacity to pivot under volatile conditions. Protocol is the standardized playbook that makes both repeatable regardless of what disruption a team is facing.

"PMA is not merely organizing another conference. PMA is presenting ONE MAP as a movement that reimagines how professionals learn and apply knowledge. It recognizes that the future belongs not to those who simply acquire information, but to those who can transform insights into action, ideas into innovation, and learning into measurable impact,” said Mitch Ballesteros, 2026 PMA President and CEO and Founder of Exlink Management and Marketing Services. She placed ONE MAP within PMA's broader 2026 organizational theme of "ONENESS," describing the conference as the association's most defining statement yet on where Philippine marketing is headed.

A Dual-Director Structure

For the first time, the 55th Marketing Conference is led by two members from PMA’s Board of Directors. Cha Pestano-Diaz, 2026 PMA Executive Vice President and Co-Founder & Marketing Director of Artisano Studio, and Adolf Aran Jr., 2026 PMA Director for National Marketing Conference and Senior Director for Corporate Marketing Communications of National University, synergize to make this PMA flagship event a success. The dual-director structure reflects the scale of this edition and the expanded scope it carries compared to previous iterations. To support them is this year’s overall conference Chairperson Greg Banzon, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Century Pacific Food, Inc.

The conference program was designed for participants to engage across six key pillars: Meet Up Day, Digital Experience, Business Networking, Featured Company Visits, Fellowship Gala, and the Marketing Gambit Cup. Together, these experiences are designed to provide a more comprehensive and meaningful learning journey that reflects how professionals learn, connect, and grow in today’s business landscape.

What September 23 Looks Like

The Day 1 run-of-show at Hilton Manila is built around two programmatic movements. Movement 1 covers the O.N.E. half, opening with a session on AI-agent consumer journeys, followed by a panel on creator economies, communities and retail-media partnerships, and a talk on building loyalty in purpose-driven ecosystems.

Movement 2 covers M.A.P., addressing growth on constrained budgets for Filipino brands, a panel on pivots and budget reallocation, a talk on repeatable agility playbooks, and a live "Protocol in Action" crisis simulation where panelists walk the ONE MAP steps in real time.

The Extended Program

The true differentiation of ONE MAP lies beyond its Omni-Experience approach through turning learning inspiration into transformative execution. At the center of this commitment is the Marketing Gambit Cup, the capstone program of the ONE MAP learning journey. Designed as an industry-wide challenge, the Marketing Gambit Cup encourages participants to apply the insights, strategies, and frameworks gained throughout the conference to address real-world business challenges.

Delegates will be invited to develop and present a Marketing Agility and Business Resiliency Plan based on actual business and brand case studies provided by participating organizations and sponsors. Rather than ending their learning journey with notes and presentations, participants become active contributors to the marketing community by creating actionable solutions that can drive meaningful business outcomes. The top three winners will receive scholarship grants to the Marketing Professional Certification Review Program of the Marketing Institute of the Philippines, providing a pathway toward professional certification and continued industry leadership.

As PMA celebrates its 55th Marketing Conference, ONE MAP sets a new benchmark for professional development—one that empowers marketers not only to navigate change, but to lead it.
