Top executives of AXA Philippines, one of the country’s leading insurance companies, took part in the fun-filled Color Manila Run at the SM Mall of Asia event grounds in early January.

AXA demonstrated its commitment to promoting the importance of health and wellness among families and young people through this event. AXA’s senior leaders also joined in on the fun.

“Our participation in an event such as the Color Manila Run is a fun way to underline the importance of health and fitness,” said AXA Philippines president and chief executive officer Rahul Hora. “And AXA has the superior products people need for total health protection.”

Everyone who joined the challenge received a free AXA personal accident insurance card. The participant with the most number of jumps also took home a wearable fitness gadget.

Color Manila, the biggest color fun run in the country, brought almost 13,000 runners — splattered with vibrant rainbow colors — to safari-themed 200-meter, 3K, 5K, 10K and 21K routes.

THE 2018 PHILIPPINES MARVEL RUN SET FOR JULY 7, 2018 AT THE SM MOA EVENT GROUNDS

Calling all MARVEL fans, it is time to suit up for the first-ever MARVEL-themed run in South Asia - the MARVEL Run Philippines 2018.  The event is set to take place on July 7, 2018, at the SM Mall of Asia Event Grounds.

The 2018 Philippines MARVEL Run is organized by ColorManila, the country’s number one fun-run organizer.

While runners who sign up for the Premium Race Kit package and the VIP Race Kit package can choose between the grey, green and blue kits.  Avenger fans would love to be seen in these kits with the green one carrying Hulk’s logo, the grey one with Thor’s logo, and the blue one with Captain America’s signature logo - his shield.

The Premium Kit package, which is priced at P2,050, comes with a drifit shirt (with 3 colors to choose from), a race bib, sunglasses that match the shirt chosen, finisher’s medal, color packet, and a MARVEL drawstring bag.

CEBU AND ILOILO, GET READY FOR COLORMANILA’S CM CHALLENGE CEBU ON JUNE 17, AND CM PARADISE ILOILO ON JUNE 24

ColorManila, the country’s number one fun-run organizer, is bringing both the more exciting CM Challenge Run and the CM Paradise Run to Cebu and Iloilo, respectively, for two weekends this month of June, 2018. 

CM Challenge Cebu, co-presented by Honda, is scheduled on June 17, 2018, and will be held at the Cebu Business Park, located at Ayala Center Cebu.  While CM Paradise Run Iloilo, co-presented by Camella, will be held at the Vista Mall Iloilo, at Camella Savannah, located at Otoh, Iloilo City, on June 24, 2018.

ColorManila VP Justine Cordero says, “Our CM Challenge Cebu participants can look forward to the updated CM Challenge Run, which is a perfect mix of both a ‘fun-run’ and an ‘obstacle course run’.  And yes, it is still capped by our CM Festival.  But this time, it will be continuous, there will be a CM Festival which would take place every hour, so if you’ve joined the first wave, there’s no need to wait until the final wave to finish…Our followers will surely enjoy this newly updated version of the CM Challenge Run.”

Participants of CM Challenge Cebu can look forward to 15 obstacles while running the 5k route; such as an inflatable slide, inflatable tire skip, military crawl obstacles, among others.  Apart from which, runners can listen to the latest music while going through the various challenges.

Runners can choose between the Single Kit category and the Squad Category.  The Single Kit, which is priced at P850, includes the event shirt, race bib, single entry tag, finisher’s medal, sunglasses, baller ID, and the color packet.

While the Squad Category, good for 5 people, and priced at P3,500, includes the event shirt, race bib, single entry tag, finisher’s medal, sunglasses, baller ID, and passes good for 5 people.

After Cebu, ColorManila followers in Visayas can head to Iloilo on June 24, 2018, for the CM Paradise Run Iloilo, co-presented by Camella.  The event will be held at the Vista Mall Iloilo, at Camella Savannah, located at Oton, Iloilo City.

COLORMANILA’S NEWLY UPDATED CM CHALLENGE MANILA, SET TO TAKE PLACE AT MCKINLEY WEST ON JUNE 3

The country’s number one fun-run organizer - ColorManila, is all set for the newly updated CM Challenge Manila, co-presented by Honda Philippines, to be held at McKinley West, Taguig City, on June 3, 2018.

ColorManila’s last event in Metro Manila, the CM Blacklight Run, held January this year, saw 5,000 runners brighten the streets of McKinley West.  For this upcoming event, the organizers are anticipating around the same number of participants.

Participants can look forward to 20 new obstacles while running the 5k route; such as inflatable slides, spider maze, inflatable tire skip, military crawl obstacles, among others. Apart from which, runners can listen to the latest music while going through the various challenges.

ColorManila Holds Successful Simultaneous Events with CM Paradise Run Laguna and CM Glitter Run Dagupan

ColorManila, the country’s number one fun-run organizer, just had two successful events last weekend, with its CM Paradise Run Laguna, which had Honda Motors as its major sponsor, and CM Glitter Run in Dagupan City,  which was co-presented by CSI Malls.

Both events, which were packed and sold out, were held simultaneously, with both Laguna and Dagupan City, experiencing the CM Paradise Run and CM Glitter Run franchises of ColorManila.

Beauty queen Zara Carbonell, Philippine National Swimming Team’s Jasmine Alkhaldi and Philippine Volcanoes’ Evan Spargo, were also seen enjoying the event, at the CM Paradise Run - Laguna leg, held at Greenfield, Santa Rosa.

ColorManila Conquers Laoag Sand Dunes with its Sold Out CM Paradise Run

ColorManila, the country’s number one fun-run organizer, conquered Laoag’s Sand Dunes in Ilocos Norte, with its sold out CM Paradise Run, which took place last weekend.

The event was held in cooperation with Ilocos Norte’s 1st District Senior Board Member Ria Fariñas, who is a known fitness buff.

Prior to the sold-out event, Farinas was quoted as saying, “Thrilled that this is finally happening in Ilocos! Mark your calendars and start training with your family & friends for Colormanila’s Paradise Run at the Laoag Sand Dunes!”

ColorManila VP Justine Cordero says, “This is the first time that we brought ColorManila to Laoag, and we are very happy that this has become successful, we are also thankful to our local government unit partners.  We are looking forward to doing more events here in Laoag.”

The CM Paradise Run - Laoag leg, gave the runners an early feel of a summer escape to the beach or to paradise, with the various color stations adorned with palm trees, hammocks and garlands, which only served as a perfect backdrop to their selfies with friends and family.

After the race, thousands of runners got to experience the freshest and newest mixes of the DJ’s at ColorManila’s trade mark CM Color Festival, where color powder was thrown in the air as the participants danced and grooved to the music of DJ’s on stage.

Atty. Karen Jimeno was one of those seen enjoying the run, and also on stage during the CM Color Festival.

ColorManila’s next Paradise Run will be held in Laguna on April 8, 2018, which will be held at Greenfield, its official venue partner.

It will have three (3) race distances, 3K, 5K and 10K.  As for the kits, runners for both events can choose from the Deluxe Kit, Rockstar Kit and the Superstar Kit.

ColorManila Gathers at least 10,000 Runners from its Paradise Run

ColorManila, the country’s biggest ‘concept fun-run’ organizer, just gathered at least 10,000 runners for its maiden event for 2018, for CM Paradise Run, held last January 7, 2018, at the Mall of Asia (MOA) Grounds, in Pasay City.

CM Paradise Run also marks ColorManila’s 6th successful year in the industry, which they have dominated in recent years.  With this event, they have brought the colorful fun-run experience to at least 160,000 participants, with events taking place once a month on average.

Celebrities such as Sam YG, Xian Lim, Dingdong Dantes, Ico Ejercito, Kuya Kim Atienza , among others, were also spotted at the event.

ColorManila VP Justine Cordero says, “We are proud to have brought the colorful fun-run experience to over 160,000 participants for the past 6 years.  Each year, we try to come up with a different concept that our runners will enjoy and would make the experience memorable.  Thank you to all our followers, we wouldn’t last this long without your support.”

All Systems Go for The Biggest ColorManila Run to Date - CM Paradise Run on January 7, 2018

ColorManila, the country’s most aggressive ‘concept fun-run’ organizer, gears up for its biggest and most colorful event to date - the ColorManila Run Year 6, also known as CM Paradise Run, to be held on January 7, 2018, at the SM Mall of Asia Event Grounds, in Pasay City.

CMR5, which was held January of this year, saw a record-breaking, sold-out event with 12,000 participants joining the race.  The event also got international recognition and was a Finalist for Asia Sports Industry Awards in Bangkok, Thailand, for both the Mass Participation category and the Best Integrated Marketing Campaign for a Sports Event category.  It also got featured in various news outlets in 13 countries, including Malaysia, India, Turkey and Spain, among others.

This year, they are targeting 15,000 runners who will get to enjoy the ‘Paradise-themed run’ which takes place on the first Sunday of 2018.

CM Paradise Run includes four race distances, 3K, 5K, 10K and 21K.  The experience will take runners through various color stations with palm trees, garlands and hammocks.  This will be capped off with the CM Color Festival where runners will get to groove and dance to the music of the DJ, as they simultaneously throw colored powder in the air.


A true Filipino start-up, ColorManila was started almost 6 years ago by Jay Em and Justine Cordero, with the vision of growing fun-runs in the country.  Today, the company has seen over 150,000 runners join their various events, spread across the country from Ilocos Sur on the north to Davao, down south.

Color Manila Blacklight Run Targeting 12,000 Runners

COLOR MANILA just launched its CM Blacklight Run Tour at F1 Hotel, located at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig recently.  The launch announced its 3-city tour for the CM Blacklight Run, covering Manila, Bacolod and Davao City; which will be held May 27, June 3 and August 12, 2017, respectively.

“We created the CM Blacklight Run Tour so that our followers can have the option of signing up for all three events, and give them the opportunity to experience the most colorful night run in the country today.  Thus, more than just enjoying the run with your friends, you’re also able to see more of the Philippines,” says Justine Cordero, VP of COLOR MANILA.

The CM Blacklight Run in Manila, which will be held in Filinvest City, Alabang, on May 27, 2017, is targeting 12,000 runners.  This was also the total number of runners they had during their earlier event this year, which celebrated COLOR MANILA’S fifth year - called CMR5.

Participants for this run may choose between four (4) race categories, 3K, 5K, 10K and the 6K Challenger category.  They also have the option of choosing between 3 types of kits - the Deluxe kit, the Rockstar kit, and the 6K Blacklight Challenger kit.

Color Manila Returns to Clark for the 3rd Time with a Massive 6,000 Participants

CLARK, PAMPANGA:  COLOR MANILA, leading organizer of ‘concept-fun runs’, had a very successful return to Clark, Pampanga last December 3, 2016 for its CM Blacklight Run.  They had a record number of 6,000 participants joining the said event, which is said to be the biggest event COLOR MANILA has had outside of Manila, to date.  

The event was held at the Clark Parade Grounds and marked the third time that COLOR MANILA has held an event in Pampanga.  Participants had various race finishes of 3K, 5K, and 10K to choose from.

“We had two other events brought to Clark this year, the last event was CM Blacklight as well, and because of the partnership we have with the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), we have been able to grow our number of participants from 3,000 to 6,000 in just a span of three (3) months. The run has become a much-anticipated event for runners and first-time runners alike”, says Justine Cordero, Vice President of COLOR MANILA.

Thousands of participants from Pampanga, Manila and some nearby provinces such as La Union, Baguio, Tarlac, Pangasinan and Bulacan joined the event. Some foreigners also flew all the way from Indonesia, US, and other countries, just to be able to experience the night run.

According to Jay Em, President of COLOR MANILA, “What makes COLOR MANILA different is that, it is not about who finishes the race first, since everyone gets a medal.  For most of the participants, it is about creating that venue wherein you can exercise and bond with your friends at the same time, as you all go through the various race challenges and experience having colored powder thrown at you.”

Resident DJ Marxx Monterola with MC Dino also entertained the participants after the event.



COLOR MANILA’s next Blacklight event will be held in Dagupan in partnership with CSI The City Mall on December 10, 2016, it will be their last event for 2016.

For 2017, COLOR MANILA will start the year with its biggest annual event, COLOR MANILA RUN - YEAR 5, which will be held on January 8, 2016 at the Mall of Asia (MOA) Grounds.  The organizers are anticipating 12,000 participants for this event.

COLOR MANILA also recently announced in its recent press conference at Kerry Sports at Shangri-La at the Fort, its plans to bring their events to United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States.
