Manila, Philippines, August 2026 – TP in the Philippines, a global leader in digital business services, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the ninth consecutive year, marking a defining milestone as the company celebrates 30 years of operations in the country. The recognition reinforces TP's enduring commitment to building a workplace where people, innovation, and opportunity drive sustainable business growth.

The globally recognized Great Place to Work® Certification is awarded to organizations that consistently cultivate high levels of trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie among employees. For TP in the Philippines, earning the distinction for the ninth straight year reflects a workplace culture that has continued to thrive amid rapid business expansion, digital transformation, and the evolving future of work.

“A great workplace is one where people are empowered to transform opportunities into meaningful impact. Receiving our ninth consecutive Great Place to Work certification, as TP celebrates its 30th year in the Philippines, is a testament to the work culture we have intentionally built over the past three decades. It reflects our people-first approach, and the unwavering commitment to creating limitless opportunities for our people to learn, innovate, grow, and lead. We remain focused on shaping the future of work while ensuring our people continue to thrive alongside technology,” said Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer of TP in the Philippines.

Since establishing operations in the Philippines in 1996, TP has grown alongside the country's IT-BPM industry and has helped strengthen the Philippines' position as one of the world's leading hubs for digitally integrated business services. Today, TP employs approximately 60,000 people across 29 sites nationwide and continues to invest in technologies, talent development, and innovation that are shaping the next generation of customer experience.

“As our industry continues to evolve, the future of work will increasingly be defined by the powerful collaboration between people and AI,” said Jorge Amar, Chief Executive Officer of TP Group. “Building a high-trust workplace has never been more important. Our ninth consecutive Great Place to Work Certification reflects our commitment to empowering our people with the skills, technologies, and opportunities they need to innovate, deliver greater value for our clients, and help shape the future of our industry.”

The Great Place to Work® Certification reflects TP's long-standing investment in creating meaningful careers anchored on continuous learning, inclusion, and future readiness. TP is committed to empowering people with the capabilities needed to succeed in an increasingly digital economy while helping shape a highly skilled, future-ready workforce for the Philippines. Through TP.ai FAB, for example, the company equips employees with practical AI capabilities that enable them to work more efficiently and deliver greater value in an increasingly technology-enabled workplace.

Beyond advancing AI adoption, TP continues to strengthen its culture and belonging initiatives through employee resource groups such as TP Women, which champions women's leadership and career advancement, and TP Pride, which fosters an inclusive workplace where every individual can succeed regardless of identity or background. On the other hand, programs such as TP Harmony advocates for inclusion and support for underrepresented communities including Persons with Disability, caregivers and solo parents while TP Legacy is a program that recognizes the dedication, loyalty, and invaluable contributions of retiring employees providing meaningful retirement transition and entry into a supportive alumni community.

TP also continues to strengthen its talent pipeline through many programs that support every stage of employees’ career journeys.

As TP enters its fourth decade in the Philippines, the company remains focused on accelerating innovation, transforming work through responsible AI, expanding opportunities across the country, and investing in Filipino talent. Guided by a culture of trust and continuous growth, TP continues to help shape a stronger, more resilient, and future-ready Philippine IT-BPM industry.

TP in the Philippines Boosts Digital Inclusion, Turns Over Computer Sets to Support DICT Smart Villages in Mindanao

Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines, July 2026 – TP in the Philippines, a global leader in digital business services, has donated 15 computer units to support the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region 10’s Smart Village Initiative (SVI) in Northern Mindanao.

Reinforcing its commitment to advancing digital literacy and introducing more Filipinos to the opportunities enabled by technology and artificial intelligence (AI), this initiative provides underserved communities with the training and tools needed to open pathways to employment and entrepreneurship. The donation reflects TP’s broader advocacy of equipping local talent with future-ready skills to thrive in an increasingly digital and AI-driven economy.

“Through initiatives like this, TP in the Philippines continues to strengthen its role as a partner in nation-building by providing access to digital resources, computer literacy, and introductory AI knowledge—essential competencies for the evolving future of work,” said James Garcia, Vice President for IT at TP in the Philippines.

The turnover was led by TP’s Cagayan De Oro site, with the computer units directly benefiting learners in three designated Smart Villages in Region 10:  Camp Bilal in Lanao del Norte, Dalingap in Misamis Occidental, and Capihan in Bukidnon, each serving as models for digital transformation and inclusive rural development.

The DICT adopted the International Telecommunication Union’s (ITU) Smart Village Initiative to bridge the digital gap in underserved communities through better internet access, literacy programs, and e-government services. In Region 10, the agency expands on this mission by delivering ICT training sessions for selected participants in office productivity applications, basic AI tools, and social media marketing. Ultimately, these programs provide participants with the essential skills needed to transition into sustainable, tech-enabled careers.

This collaboration underscores the power of public-private partnerships in driving inclusive growth nationwide and ensuring rural communities are not left behind. By expanding access to digital tools and foundational ICT education, TP in the Philippines and the DICT are empowering Filipinos to improve opportunities for livelihood, learning, and participation in the digital economy.

TP in the Philippines Rallies Behind “A Run for Kids with Cancer” in Davao

TP in the Philippines proudly supported “A Run for Kids with Cancer,” a fun run organized by the House of Hope Foundation for Kids with Cancer, Inc., with around 30 employees from its Davao sites joining the 5-kilometer run held at the Lyceum of the Philippines University in Davao. The initiative reflects TP’s continued commitment to uplifting communities and championing meaningful causes.
Rachel Cacabelos, VP for Human Resources of TP in the Philippines emphasized how “TP, as an organization, believes in creating opportunities not only for our people, but also for the communities we serve. Supporting initiatives like ‘A Run for Kids with Cancer’ allows us to come together for a greater purpose—bringing hope, strength, and tangible support to children and families who need it most.”
Earlier this year, TP, through its corporate social responsibility arm, the Citizen of the World (COTW) Foundation, also extended support to House of Hope during activities linked to the launch of its Davao Uprise site. These efforts form part of TP’s broader commitment to delivering sustained community impact in the areas where it operates.
