OPPO, Discovery, and the Department of Tourism Present a Short Film on the T’boli of Lake Sebu

OPPO and Discovery collaborated with the Department of Tourism to showcase the Tboli community in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, captured on the OPPO Reno14 Series 5G.

The film is part of Discovery’s Culture in a Shot program under the 2025 theme Celebrate the Moment. After features in 15 countries and regions, the project turns its attention to the Philippines with a concise, respectful portrayal of T'boli creativity and daily life. This collaboration marks an initial step in telling more stories from local communities.

The partnership aims to capture and preserve living cultural practices of the Tboli. Blending innovation with advocacy, OPPO joins the effort by leveraging the Reno14 Series 5G’s camera system and AI imaging to document the T'boli's cultural legacy in striking, true-to-life detail.
